Anybody Got Feedback?
During the past week I got to spend two days training 40 Year 6 students who are taking on the role of Ambassadors within their school community. It's the start of a brand new program that I'm helping the school develop, and what an inspiring two days it turned out to be. I had worked with the whole Year 6 cohort at the beginning of the year (our L.E.A.D. with Courage™: Stage 3 Leaders Program), then reconnected with their 12 elected leaders a couple of weeks after for a day,
